Was Alexander von Humboldt already my ‘idol’ so to speak, today cited by Sarah Darwin in the book of Charles Darwin, and desribed by Redmond O’Hanlon as the first ecologist. True. My blog is inspired by Von Humboldt’s discoveries that eventually lead to a higher point of view. In this he connected the several scientific worlds to one world. Groundbraking.

Darwin admired Von Humboldt and carried his books with him during his journey on the Beagle.
